A large terracotta vase, interior glazed. I was originally trying to get a picture of the interior without me in the shot, but the angles were not cooperating so I eventually gave up and decided on a self-portrait. The dappled pattern to the right is sunlight from the overhanging tree - the sharp edges to the pattern are simply an artifact of the single shot RAW HDR process (HDReFex Bleach bypass). It rather mars the symmetry, but I wasn't about to start moving other peoples giant vases around to get rid of it.
