The main body of the dumb waiter extracted from the wall. We were originally expecting a small carriage but essentially the entire cabinet could be lowered down into the cold cellar
We made use of the dumb waiter shaft to remove the accumulated sand from the cold cellar. The sand ingress is believed to be the result of water leaks in one of the outside walls.
