View following repair of the rotted rear left post and sill. The decayed parts have been replaced with pressure-treated dimensional lumber that will not rot. The (as yet untrimmed) foam is to close air gaps and deter rodents from using the gap once the wall surface is installed.
The decayed studs in the workshop area have been replaced in addition to the decayed parts of the sub-floor planking being replaced with pressure-treated plywood.
A view of the rear of the barn prior to installation of the new floor, showing replaced subfloor and repairs to the left hand side studs and support post.
